Acting for developer London & Regional, we completed this mixed-use urban building at 264-267 Tottenham Court Road, London W1 in 2008.

The scheme provided over 50,000 sqft of new-build offices as well as 12 niche residential dwellings at rooftop level, tucked away from the busy streets below.

The finished building is adjacent to the listed Dominion Theatre and the rooftop courtyard at the centre of the dwellings has the dramatic backdrop of the ‘brutalist’ icon Centre Point to the south.

The modern dwellings are compact and functional with accommodation in the form of duplex units as well as level apartments. The homes are accessed independently of the office from the adjacent Great Russell Street.
