We have recently completed the £5m full internal refurbishment of the ‘The Mall’ in Walthamstow for owner Capital and Regional. 

 

The team has transformed the dated 1980’s centre into a contemporary retail shopping environment.

 

The themed refreshed design utilizes a sculptural ‘ribbon’ to playfully tie the new works together - including repeatable but visually randomized elements that tenant’s can customize to their own requirements with new feature retail facades, flooring, ceilings and a dramatic lighting scheme.
