The Meritage Centre is a series of new buildings set within the Church End Conservation Area and Prince of Wales Estate, Hendon. Our proposals will see the replacement of series of dated and poor quality buildings with a series of carefully designed student and young adult accommodation buildings alongside new high quality community spaces including a new GP and Wellness centre.

Working closely with local Heritage officers and Historic England our scheme consists of 4 new individual buildings, 2, 3 and 4 storeys in height finished in a mixture of traditional and contemporary materials reflecting and complimenting the established character and heritage of the area.

The proposal also introduces many new areas of enhanced public realm, these high-quality green spaces will be for all members of the community to use and will significantly improve the current poor quality provision that currently exist and greatly improve links to the wider amenities of the area.
