Following the successful delivery of a feasibility study to establish the strategic approach to a new station to facilitate Brent Cross South transformation by Argent to deliver 7500 new homes and 4.1 million square feet of B1a Office, urban centre retail. Gavin and his team were appointed in 2016 to deliver the design development of the new station and to balance the the design aspirations of Argent and restriction on funding from London Borough of Barnet.
