ESA were appointed in 2013 to undertake a detailed urban feasibility study for this major site in Peckham Town Centre. 

 

Our brief is to develop a strategy and outline design for the redevelopment of the ‘high-street’ shopping centre / mall area including the provision of new employment space, retail and a tall residential building.
