This project is our second phase of a large mixed-use development around Hanway Street, to the eastern end of Oxford Street and St Giles Circus in London’s west end.

Part of this complex urban scheme is the provision of new high-end residential homes at rooftop level with their own private amenity spaces and stunning views out across the city skyline.

ESA designed both the building and the spacious interiors which started on site after the main building (phase one) was completed.
