We were commissioned by Rockspring in 2011 to refurbish a large but tired town centre office building in Kingston town centre, Surrey. 

The existing multi-tenanted office was built in the mid 1980’s and is configured around a sizeable but visually dated internal atrium, a 5-storey space at the centre of our new design. 

The brief also called for the complete refurbishment of all the Cat A floorspace throughout the building.

Work also included the replacement of part of the external facade in order to improve the two entrances with full-height glass screens that help rejuvenate the building and opening up the modernised floorplates to the street.
