ESA architects have been instructed by a private sector property developer to prepare outline designs for a 1.8 Acre site along Great Jackson Street in the ‘Southern Gateway’ area. These initial proposals consider a series of landmark buildings, predominantly residential, that seek to define the southern edge of the city centre.


The proposals that include hi-tech ‘hive’ offices, a hub for both resident’s and office tenants as well as parking, seek to redefine urban residential living.


The tall residential architecture provides vertical gardens, eco-environmental ideas & superior living space standards.
