ESA's proposal for a landmark tall building and residential quarter situated opposite the new extension to the Metropolitan Line, Cassiobridge Station, was granted planning permission in 2017.
Situated on an earmarked key gateway site in Watford Borough Council's masterplan, Ascot Road is within walking distance to Croxley Business Park and the well-loved Cassiobury Park with its nature reserve and golf course.
The consented scheme will provide both private and affordable housing and retail, restaurant and cafe units all of which are grounded in a new substantial public realm and new greet square around which the accommodation orientates itself. The buildings, new station and surrounding space will act as a generator for the emerging masterplan for the area.
