Stuart Creedon
Regional Director
Stuart is ESA’s Regional Director and based in the Cardiff Studio, ensuring that project delivery and quality is monitored and controlled through project reviews, resourcing and commercial management. Stuart believes that successful projects, in accordance with programmed objectives, are delivered through integrated management support and supervision at a project level.
Stuart has a wealth of management experience, which he has developed through involvement in a variety of multi-sector projects. Of note, Stuart led the development of three major PFI healthcare schemes: Royal Derby Hospital, Whiston General Hospital and St Helens Diagnostic Treatment Centre. In his role as Project Director, Stuart was involved with all aspects of project planning, user group consultation and detailed design, along with the resource and commercial management, associated with the successful delivery of these projects.
Stuart is also a Board Director for the Redstart Framework. This is an out-sourcing Framework in partnership with Rhondda Cynon Taf, Merthyr Tydfil and Bridgend County Borough Councils.
