ESA has completed the second phase of the Croxley Park development.

The buildings and campus are designed to be flexible enough to provide a variety of workplace sizes and configurations allowing a wide range of occupiers, from start ups through to multinational firms to occupy the buildings successfully.

Planned with flexibility and community at the heart of the proposal, the buildings sit within an exemplar landscape setting including a new pond, enhanced and extended Green Belt plus a new amenity hub that will provide eating, well-being and meeting / exhibition space.
