Dan joined ESA in 2016 and has over 15 years of professional experience in the industry. He has developed a wealth of experience in the detail design and delivery of projects in a range of sectors including, commercial, retail and high-density residential schemes with contract values of up to £125m.

Dan’s particular skills lie in developing a scheme from planning concept and producing a fully coordinated and rationalised technical design package through RIBA stages 3 onwards. Dan adopts a technical and logical approach to project delivery and works closely with the wider team to successfully deliver projects on behalf of his clients.

Dan has led the design and delivery of a large retail focused development in Walthamstow. The scheme looks to deliver significant expansion and improvements to an existing shopping complex and new high-density residential buildings in the form of two tall buildings. The scheme has a number of complexities such as incorporation of a new TFL underground station entrance, building over existing TFL tunnels / assets, coordination with a variety of stakeholders. The project is currently on site with the initial phase of works.

Dan had also managed the technical design and delivery of a high-density residential scheme in Watford. The scheme delivers close to 500 residential BtR units with ancillary amenity, parking, public realm and standalone retail units on a former industrial site. The project is in its final stages and due for completion in Q4 2023.
