ESA worked closely with Arena Turist to develop a strategy to successfully reinvigorate the Brioni peninsular resort to the immediate south west of Pula in Croatia.

 

The western area of the resort on the captivating Istrian coast consists of a number of different building types ranging from an existing dated 1970’s hotels and tired apartment buildings through to more recent beach bar and restaurant additions.

 

Collaborating with Scape landscape architects our proposal saw the redevelopment of a number of the existing hospitality buildings whilst introducing new contemporary elements all within a new landscaped whole.

 

The manner in which the buildings were linked and the many facilities that could be successfully incorporated into the overall resort is a key driver of our design approach.
