ESA Architecture are working with F&C Reit on behalf of SCP Estate Ltd on this mixed-use scheme which is set to develop an exciting and appropriate architectural solution for the site which will further facilitate the retail connectivity between Oxford Street, St Christopher’s Place and Marylebone Lane and enhance the character and appearance of the Conservation Area. 

The scheme must address the urban fabric and context whilst responding to the history of the site. The internal layouts to the buildings must be of a realistic commercial nature to allow the scheme to have long term viability and to attract the calibre of tenant that the building and area deserve.

The site is bounded by St. Christopher’s Place to the West and Barrett Street to the South and sits within the Stratford Place Conservation Area.
