Richard Lunt

Associate Director

Richard is an experienced lead design architect, with 10 years practical experience post-qualification, having joined the London office of ESA in July 2006 as an Architectural Assistant and completing his  Part III in 2009,  whilst working on 4 Bentinck Street.

Richard Studied at Oxford Brookes and RMiT; where he completed his Postgraduate Diploma and Masters in Architecture and Cultural Studies, both with distinction. He also gained an RIBA award and an RIBA Silver medal nomination.


Richard’s role is to work closely with the client, project team and authorities during the design stages. He specialises in coordinating the team to ensure that the end results are true to the original design intent and the clients aspirations, whether this be for feasibility, planning or beyond. Richard has been involved in the design of a number of key central London sites, as well as further afield, with a variety of complex and sensitive characteristics. Richard is also responsible for the coordination and smooth running of the business IT!
