ESA Architects have successfully delivered the refurbishment and change of use from offices to 6 residential apartments in a Victorian terraced block on London's Oxford Street, opposite Selfridges.

 

The project is part of a £7.3 scheme which included facade repairs, remodelled retail offers and new Cat A office accommodation.     

 

The apartments were initially envisioned as high-end residential specification, however, in developing the final concept alongside the agent's team. the units were re-specified in line with market demant. The end result is a successful balance of revised specification which maintained the quality of design. 

 

ESA are currently delivering the final phase of the development block with 431-433 and Mayfair court residential on site, retail due for completion in 2016 and residential in January 2017.
