Tribeca Holdings have successfully renovated the Victorian terrace block opposite Selfridges, which spans between 431-451 Oxford Street. By sensitively restoring the facades and remodelling the internal spaces, ESA have successfully delivered numerous high quality retail, residential and office units within the building.

431-433 Oxford Street and 35 North Row is the final corner of this block and is now on site undergoing the same remodelling and facade restoration to create prime retail space, with 8 residential units over.

The complete redesign of the internal spaces, by combining what was formerly two separate buildings, has resulted in the creation of a 9,700 sq ft new dramatic retail space in this popular shopping district. In addition, the new Portland stone and antique bronze shop front echoes the remainder of the block and completes the refurbishment of the retail facades.

The entrance to the residential units is via North Row, an underused street which has been regenerated by the earlier phases of refurbishment to the block. This scheme completes the transformation of this street through activating the elevation and the installation of bronze perforated artwork panels.
