ESA architects have been working with the Howard de Walden Estate for a number of years now refurbishing and extending a terrace of Grade ll listed townhouse offices just to the west of Portland Place in central London.

 

The completed development comprises a conversion of a former town house as medical consulting facilities arranged over the first four levels, with a residential unit accommodated on the two uppermost levels.

 

The project retains the recognised quality of the existing building, with the proposed alterations seeking to restore any historical features where appropriate.
