Refurbishment and extension to the Mall shopping centre Romford
Creation of a new external link mall between the existing shopping centre and the construction of a 100,000 sq ft superstore pre-let to Asda Stores Ltd. Complete refurbishment to the existing shopping centre which included repainting the façade, new corporate branding throughout, new suspended ceilings and lighting and upgrade to the terrazzo flooring in the circulation areas.
