ESA Planning provided planning and conservation advice for an office development proposal for a Grade II listed building. The scheme proposed a contemporary glass and steel building sensitively integrated behind a retained listed façade. The overall development approach enabled Chandos House, a visually and physically linked adjacent Grade I listed building, to be restored without cost to the public purse.
