A project to create two new levels of subterranean retail space on either side of the Grade II listed horse tunnel, which once formed part of a rail-to-canal interchange key to the transport infrastructure of 19th century London. ESA Planning negotiated with Camden Council to secure planning permission and listed building consent, including Section 106 contributions towards town centre management, transport improvements and off-site housing.
