This project transformed a derelict shopping centre into a vibrant mixed-use development with a new 9,300 sq m superstore extension that was integrated into the existing centre. A residential development (designed by Goddard Manton) above the new store provided 230 high-quality apartments. ESA Planning secured a negotiated planning permission and subsequently discharged all outstanding conditions to keep to a tight development programme.
