King William Street

ESA Planning secured permission for the first new department store in the City of London for 100 years as part of a mixed retail/office redevelopment. The building's prominent site at London Bridge is located adjacent to a Grade I listed church in a conservation area. A restricted site and a complex development raised a number of challenging planning and conservation issues, which were resolved in negotiation with the Corporation of London.
