ESA Planning advised on the redevelopment of the former Cheltenham Brewery to provide a cinema, casino, health and fitness facilities, restaurants, retail units and 20 apartments. Planning issues at this town centre site included the requirement for sensitive development to incorporate two listed brewery buildings, provision of a new pedestrian route to the high street, and a programme of improvements to the immediate environment including upgrading open spaces and integrating community art.
