ESA are currently progressing a mixed use masterplan scheme in the suburbs of Nicosia, Cyprus for Plaza Exclusive Projects.  The 17Hectate site sits adjacent to a tree-lined creek and the old village of Lakatamia to the soutwest of the capital and will provide around 500 new modern homes as well as offices, shops, an hotel, community facilities and a linear park that strengthens the creek edge.  The scheme is currently in for planning and site activities will start in 2010.  ESA are working with Constanti Architects on the masterplan.
