ESA / ESPM have recently completed a new building for Howard De Walden Estates in the Westminster Harley Street Conservation Area.  This 1,100 sq m building rises to five storeys and takes the footprint of two old adjoining terraced houses.  There is a glass link to a mews building at the rear.
