The transformation of the offices of Green Property UK into a 3,500 sq ft modern, open plan work zone, with meeting rooms and private offices. We encapsulated the philosophy of Green Property's architecture by utilising materials associated with the external envelopes of buildings. In the reception area, bold orange screens are suspended in planes of glass to establish the presence of a forward thinking company.
A dynamic zinc clad spine provided a visual link between the meeting room hub, open plan office space and private offices. Bespoke furniture designed by ESA is juxtaposed with proprietary office furniture to provide a space that is both vibrant and flexible.
