Floor by floor phased refurbishment of a seven storey, 10,000 sq m office building in the centre of Leeds. Internal areas were redeveloped into contemporary office accommodation, including new toilet and lift cores. The dated curtain walling was stripped out and full height double glazing to all facades was introduced. A remodelled reception area and entrance canopy was created at street level.  ESA also completed the fit-out of an 800 sq m floor for Land Securities' own office and Marketing Suite in 2008.
