The client was looking to enhance their operations in the UK by creating a new office and client facility within a recently refurbished building in central London. The issue of security and the management of public and private realms within the office was also a prime consideration. The scheme included 1,500sq m of fully fitted out reception, office, conference and client care facilities over two floors connected by a new staircase.
The client's brief requested "space and light, and a feeling of quality and gravitas throughout". Our design included a bespoke and co-ordinated system featuring new walls, screens and fully integrated furniture. These features were combined with a palette of high quality complementary materials such as natural limestone, American walnut, glass and polished plaster. The project was delivered within a demanding, fast-track construction programme.
