G3 is a stand alone office building located to the west end of the Cathedral Hill Business Park site in Guildford. It provides around 46,000 sq ft of floor space.
The building is square on plan but is configured externally in much the same manner as the other buildings on the site, using the same palette of masonry, brickwork and glass. There is an internal atrium space allowing natural light to penetrate into the plan.
This development of corporate offices is one of the largest undertaken in Guildford over the last 10 years and manages to combine a vernacular architectural character with the contemporary use of glass and brick.
