A 5,700 sq m office campus of three related buildings on an old industrial site in the Manor Royal Offices area just north of Crawley town centre.
This 1.2 hectare site has a narrow entrance connection to the Gatwick Road. We configured a related cluster of three buildings arranged around an introspective landscaped courtyard and car park that accommodates 200 cars. The three and four storey linear buildings are clad in a terracotta rainscreen punctuated by dramatic oversailing roofs that mark the three entrances.
