ESA have recently gained planning consent, and are now out to tender, with this new-build office project on the historic racetrack site at Brooklands in Surrey for Exton / Rockspring. The project will provide 10,000 sq m of HQ office space within two connected buildings whilst fulfilling its obligation to meet carbon reduction targets with 10% of its energy derived from renewable sources and a projected BREEAM rating of 'excellent'.
The building is due to start construction in September with completion Autumn 2012.
