City Exchange Leeds is a 100,000sq ft 7 storey office refurbishment in the centre of the city. It included a full strip out of the internal areas and redevelopment of the floor plates into contemporary office accommodation, including new toilet and lift cores. We stripped out the dated curtain walling and introduced full height double glazing to all facades. A remodelled reception area and entrance canopy was created at street level. The project commenced in 2000 and included 3 phases of work beginning at the top and eventually completing the first floor (including a full tenant fit out package for that level) in July 2007.
