Stryker HQ, Newbury

ESA have recently gained planing consent for the US medical technology company Stryker adjacent to their existing facility in Newbury, Berkshire.  The new 10,000 sq m hi-tec equipment centre and offices overlooks the Newbury racecourse on a new 5 acre site.  Although the building has been designed for the specific needs of the occupier, the configuration of the proposal has been influenced by the requirement to align with institutional office and, of course, BCO standards.
