ESA have been commissioned by Park Plaza Hotels to design a modular hotel system for various sites up and down the country and across Europe. Typically each hotel would be around 100-150 bedrooms and is aimed at the 4*+ market. The modular concept includes the development of a series of interchangable repetative designs for the bedroom facades.
