This project emerged from a detailed design analysis based around the retention of a collection of mid-19th century industrial buildings and their incorporation into a new office complex. The project includes a masterplan to open up the whole city block to allow public penetration, the provision of 8,000 sq m of offices, residential units, and the conversion of a Victorian building into a bar and restaurant.
