Our brief was to create a flexible, dual-purpose office and Marketing Suite for Land Securities' Trinity development on an 800 sq m upper floor of City Exchange in central Leeds, a tall building in the centre of of the city also recently refurbished by ESA. An undulating, organic ‘Living Wall’ links key elements of the space within the office suite. The 'Wall' frames the reception area then meanders down the centre of the office - harnessing the reception desk, dividing public and private spaces, creating informal meeting areas, a servery and finally providing a lively backdrop to the Marketing Suite. The colour gradually changes from a vibrant orange to a stronger red, reflecting the shift from a working environment to a Marketing area.
