Located in the historic spa town of Cheltenham on an old brewery site this mixed-use scheme incorporates a cinema, casino, health and fitness club, restaurants, 21,000 sq m of retail and 20 residential units in the heart of the town centre. The redevelopment sensitively considers the surrounding architecture and incorporates two listed Victorian brewery buildings. A new pedestrian link from the main town centre car parks to the existing High Street is also included, providing an integrated urban response focused on the public realm.
