Following a planning committee meeting in May 2007 the London Borough of Lambeth granted consent for ESA architecture | design's new HQ office for a housing trust in Clapham. The client is RO Developments.

The proposed 4,000m2 building will aim to reduce its energy load by introducing natural venting through the characteristic roof chimneys clad in zinc.  The building is due to go on site next year.
