ESA architects, and the town planning team, have just lodged an application for this new-build 10,000 sq m HQ office building in Huntercombe Lane, Taplow for Exton / Scottish Widows Investment Partnership Property Trust.  The local authority is South Bucks District Council.

The three-storey office pavilion, targeted for BREEAM "excellent", replaces an outmoded commercial building on the site with a reduced built footprint thus enabling additional soft landscape as well as space for nearly 300 cars.

A decision is expected this Autumn.
