Paul joined ESA in 2006 as a Director to head up the planning consultancy side of the business. He is a chartered town planner with over 18 years experience gained in the public and private sectors.

As a consultant in the private sector, Paul has had extensive involvement in a wide range of issues including major retail developments, large scale commercial and residential schemes, conservation and listed building projects and enforcement matters. His public sector experience and knowledge of local government procedures has proved invaluable in successfully negotiating a series of large development projects. Paul regularly acts as an expert witness at planning inquiries.
