Nic joined ESA in 1998 as a Director with particular expertise in the analysis and design of projects; evaluation of client briefs; initiating and developing building design and masterplan projects and firming up scheme proposals. He became a main Board Director in 2002.

Nic is currently involved in a number of commercial and residential schemes in and around London. Recent completions include a 10,000 sq m headquarters building including fit-out for BAE Systems and the Grade II listed Davenant Community Centre in Whitechapel.  He is also fronting the design team on the competition-winning commercial and residential masterplan for Alakati in Nicosia, Cyprus.

He previously worked with a number of high-profile architectural practices including Jestico + Whiles and Terry Farrell & Partners.
