Marek joined ESA in 1998 and was made London Director in 2004.

He has been project director and co-ordinator on a number of high profile projects varying in scale from small scale refurbishments and fit-outs through to urban masterplanning. His experience ranges from the initial design stages through to detailed design and project completion, working closely with the design and consultant team at each of these key stages.

Recent and current projects include a complex mixed-use project which integrated retail, office and restaurant buildings in Camden Lock, a campus headquarters office scheme, conservation work in Central London and ESA's new London studio.
