Alastair joined the company in 1990 and was made Managing Director in 2001. He is responsible for a number of high profile complex mixed use commercial projects in the company. In addition to front-ending initial site and design appraisal projects with clients and the project team, Alastair is responsible for both the design and management of projects through to successful implementation on site.

He has particular expertise in the office, business park, retail, leisure, hotel and residential mixed-use sectors.

Recent projects include a 120,000 sq ft retail & office development in the city, A 100,000 sq ft headquarters office and fitout for BAE Systems Integrated System Technologies (Insyte) and a 150,000 sq ft mixed use scheme in Windsor.
